I was stressed and somewhat disappointed with myself earlier today. People who made appointment to see me was late, & make me late for my own subsequent appointment. But I breathe and think of good things, positive outcome, and tell myself I am fortunate that people come to see me, and I have many other people to meet, talk, and share ideas.  My outlook becomes brighter, my mood is positive, and the late meeting turns out positive.
